50 Cent replaces Chris Brown as J Cole’s co-headliner on day one of Dreamville Music Festival in North Carolina.

Chris Brown, who was scheduled to perform with SZA on Saturday, has withdrawn from the festival for undisclosed reasons.

Dreamville Music Festival organizers announced lineup changes Monday.

While the specific circumstances that prompted Brown to withdraw have not been made clear, festival officials attributed the decision to “unforeseen circumstances.”

J Cole, a North Carolina native and founder of Dreamville Music Festival, will headline the event’s second night on Sunday.

Featuring an impressive lineup including Nicki Minaj, Lil Yachty, Sexxy Red, Jeezy, Chase Shakur, Schoolboy Q and Jeremih, the festival promises to treat attendees to two days of great music.

Before performing at J Cole’s Dreamville Music Festival, rapper 50 Cent found himself embroiled in controversy following serious accusations from ex-partner Daphne Joy.

On March 28, Joey posted a statement on Instagram accusing him of rape, physical abuse, and neglect of their 11-year-old son, Sire.

However, the rapper reportedly denied the accusations DailyMail.com.
