The chatbot offers multiple functions such as summarizing meetings, brainstorming, drafting chat messages and emails, and more. Notably, users can also integrate the chatbot with Zoom Phone and get post-call summaries, voicemail prioritization, and more.

Zoom’s team chats are also getting new features. Users will be able to view channel-related assets, whiteboards, and resources in a single view. These tools are available in a chat layout, allowing users to talk to others who are accessing them at the same time.
