Zara Tindall urged to stand up for Prince William
Zara Tindall urged to stand up for Prince William

Prince William, second in line to the throne, is reportedly under pressure as his family faces a health crisis.

After King Charles’ diagnosis was announced in February, William has been taking on some of the monarch’s duties while his wife, Kate Middleton, recovers from abdominal surgery.

However, following Kate’s shocking cancer diagnosis the next month, William temporarily stepped back from his role as breadwinner.

Health experts at GoSmokeFree have previously said that although there are not many members of the royal family, many responsibilities are shouldered by Princess Anne, who is also at risk of getting sick.

Now fans are rallying and urging Anne’s daughter Zara Tindall to step up her support to Prince William in his time of need, as she attended the Cheltenham Festival on Thursday with husband Mike Tindall.

One fan wrote on social media: “Zara Tindall is an absolutely fantastic choice to join the royal staff and support William, just as Princess Anne has admirably and loyally supported her brother Charles for decades ”

“Zara and Louise are great choices for potential royals,” another noted, referring to Zara’s cousin Lady Louise Windsor, 20.

“It would be great for the royal family if Zara was a working royal. She is the eldest of the late Queen’s grandchildren,” another chimed in.

Zara grew up without a title and was a professional equestrian.
