Xiaomi Mi 14 with triple rear cameras will be launched in India today

Xiaomi Mi 14 India release date has been officially confirmed. The Chinese manufacturer confirmed the launch date through a post on X. Previously, the company had teased its partnership with Leica on the official Xiaomi India X page. The Xiaomi Mi 14 series is also scheduled to make its global debut on February 25 during the Mobile World Congress (MWC). Xiaomi originally launched the phone in China last October. At the same time, Xiaomi Mi 14 Ultra is also confirmed to be launched in China on February 22.

In a post on X, Xiaomi India confirmed that the Mi 14 will be launched in India on March 7. India is likely to receive the phone a few weeks after its global launch and a few months after its launch in China. Based on the teaser shared by Xiaomi, it looks like India will only get the regular version of the Mi 14. Mi 14 Ultra and Mi 14 Pro may not be launched in India.

The Xiaomi Mi 14 in China is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and comes with a 6.36-inch LTPO display with 1.5K resolution and adaptive 120Hz refresh rate. The Indian version is also expected to have similar specifications. It may come with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage.

In the camera department, designed in conjunction with Leica, China’s Xiaomi Mi 14 comes with a 50-megapixel primary sensor with OIS and a Summilux lens. There is also a 50-megapixel telephoto camera and another 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor. The phone also has an IP68 rating. It is equipped with a 4,610mAh battery and supports 90W fast charging and 50W wireless charging.
