Dance music icon Alison Limerick is set to join the highly anticipated john lewis The 2025 Christmas advertisement, in which their classic track “Where Love Lives (Come On In)” takes center stage.
The department store’s latest festive ad tells the story of a teenage son who uses music as a means of expressing his feelings towards his father.
A reimagined version of Limerick’s 1990 club anthem has been produced by the acclaimed artist and producer maze for advertising.
“When I heard this I screamed where does love live Will be in the ad – literally screamed like an excited child,” said Limerick in reaction to the news.
“Music has always had the power to bring all kinds of people together, but I hope this year’s John Lewis Christmas advert will give those who see it a new, emotional connection with the song – especially the one Labrinth has created. Their gentle version is so beautiful; it will definitely warm the heart with love.”
