Vivo T3x 5G battery details to be confirmed ahead of India launch on April 17

Vivo T3x 5G will be launched in India on April 17 as the successor of Vivo T2x 5G. The design and color options of the phone have been confirmed. The phone will come with dual rear cameras and come in two color options. Recently, the company also revealed the processor that will be used in smartphones. Vivo also hinted at the price range in some promotional materials. Now, we have some new information about the battery of the new Vivo T3x 5G.

in a postal On X (formerly Twitter), Vivo India announced that the Vivo T3x 5G will come with a 6,000mAh battery. The teaser shared in the post claims that the upcoming phone will be “the thinnest smartphone in the segment with a battery capacity of 6,000mAh.” Small print at the bottom of the teaser reveals that the phone will be 0.799 centimeters (7.99 mm) thick in a segment defined as “smartphones in the price range below Rs 17,000.”

It is worth noting that Flipkart microsite Vivo T3x 5G boss previously confirmed that the phone will be launched in India at a price of Rs. 15,000. The phone is likely to be available in different RAM and storage configurations and will be priced between Rs. 14,000 Rs 17,000. The microsite also teases the 8GB + 128GB option of the phone.

Vivo T3x 5G is confirmed to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC. It will feature dual rear camera units and will be available in two color options – Sky Green and Crimson Red.

An earlier leak claimed that the Vivo T3x 5G will feature a 6.72-inch Full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is reportedly available in 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB RAM variants, along with 128GB of onboard storage. The machine is expected to support 44W wired flash charging.

In terms of optics, the Vivo T3x 5G is expected to include a 50-megapixel primary rear sensor along with a 2-megapixel depth shooter and LED flash unit. It is expected to feature an 8-megapixel sensor on the front. The phone is said to come with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and may have an IP64 dust and splash resistance rating. It is understood to weigh 199 grams.
