Updated World Test Championship points table: India consolidate first place, Bangladesh above Pakistan | Cricket News

The Rohit Sharma-led Indian cricket team ended the five-match series against England on a high note with an innings and 64-run win. The victory gave the team a 4-1 series win. After losing the first Test match, the home team made a spectacular comeback and won the remaining games in style. India defeated England despite top stars like Virat Kohli and Mohammad Shami not featuring in the series. The future is bright for India as emerging players like Sarfaraz Khan, Dhruv Jurel, Devdutt Padikall, Akash Deep and others have impressed.
