The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotional Board (UPPRPB) has released the UP Police Admit Card 2024 for the Constable posts on February 13, 2024. All candidates appearing for the written examination can download their admit cards from the official UPPRPB website at www.uppbpb.gov.in.

UP Police Constable Exam Date 2024

The UP Police Constable written examination is scheduled to be conducted on February 17 and 18, 2024. The exam will be held in two shifts – the first shift from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and the second shift from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

How to Download UP Police Admit Card 2024

Candidates can follow these steps to download the UP Police Constable Admit Card 2024:

  1. Visit the official UPPRPB website at www.uppbpb.gov.in.
  2. Click on the link for “Link for advance notice of allotment of the district of examination to the candidates for written examination under direct recruitment for the post of Civil Police Reserve in Uttar Pradesh”.
  3. Enter your registration number and date of birth or SSLC roll number.
  4. Click on the submit button, and your UP Police Constable Admit Card 2024 will be displayed on the screen.
  5. Download and print the admit card for the examination.

Documents Required to Carry

Candidates must carry the following documents to the exam center:

  • A hard copy of the UP Police Admit Card 2024
  • A valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar card, passport, voter ID, driving license, or PAN card)
  • Two recent passport-size photographs

Selection Process

The selection process for the UP Police Constable posts includes the following stages:

  1. Written Examination: The written exam will be of 300 marks and consist of objective-type questions on General Knowledge, General Hindi, Numerical and Mental Ability, and Reasoning Ability.
  2. Physical Standard Test (PST): This stage tests the candidates’ physical attributes, including height, weight, and chest measurements (for male candidates).
  3. Physical Efficiency Test (PET): This stage involves activities like running, long jump, and high jump.
  4. Document Verification: In this stage, the candidates’ documents are verified to confirm their eligibility and authenticity.
