UAPA case: Police searches at the residence of 36 terrorist colleagues in Srinagar

Police said on Monday that in the investigation of cases registered under the continuous action against terrorist associates of terrorist organizations and the cases registered under the illegal activities (prevention) Act (UAPA), Srinagar Police has continued searching at several places in the city, which aims to destroy terrorist-peace in the district.

In a statement issued here, a police spokesperson said that it searched at the residences:

1. Javid Ahmed Nazar Nazar Nazar Nazar son, son of GH Qadir Nazar, resident of Zabkadal. 307 RPC, PS Nigen’s 7/2, 32/2007 U/S 302 RPC, 7/27 IAA of PS Sire, 73/2019 U/S 148,149,152,336,336,427,307 RPC, 13 PS Sora 13 Ulp. 35/2023 U/S 353, 332,506 PS Mr. Gunj’s IPC.

2. 11/2024 U/S 13, 39 Ulp Act of PS Mriganj.

3. Shabir Ahmed Ghani, a resident of Ganai Mohalla, a resident of Ganai Mohalla, was involved in the case.

4. Abdul Rashid Sheikh’s son Sheikh Faisal Rashid was involved in the case of son Firdus Colony Sadipora.

5. Javed Ahad, son of Momin Jawari Gojri, was involved in the case of Shalimar Colony Sadipora, a resident of Ahad Ahad Gojri.
