Tom Sandoval isn’t going to let Ariana Maddix take her assistant away from her.

As we’ll see in next week’s episode, Sandoval’s assistant Ann is on duty as usual, but has applied for a role alongside Ariana, 38. US Weekly.

However, Sandoval, 41, found out what was going on when he overheard Ann talking to Ariana about joining her team.

“Ariana has got all our friends. Now she’s going to take my assistant away?” Sandoval said in a confessional. “She could have anyone she wanted working for her.”

It was revealed that the reality star also chatted with Ann, which allegedly made her cry.

“I talked to Ann today. She put on a suit and brought her resume. I was like, ‘Look, maybe in the future,’” Ariana revealed to Katie Maloney. “But I feel like right now, he’s probably very petty and very vindictive,” adding that Sandoval was angry about Ann’s plans.

“Then I was getting ready to leave and she was crying in the kitchen because Tom was eavesdropping upstairs so he attacked her. [on our conversation],” she says.
