Expecting the submission of punishment today has been found guilty of murder in a deadly flock attack on a homeless Toronto man for a teenage girl.
The teenager was one of the eight girls between the ages of 13 and 16, who was accused of killing Kenneth Lee’s second degree in death.
The other seven girls blamed for low allegations – the five suffered physical damage due to killing, an attack and attacking with a weapon and attacks.
The girl, who was 14 years old at the time of the attack, also tried to blame the mangelotter at the beginning of her test, but her petition was dismissed by the Crown.
In May, Ontario Justice Philip Campbell found him guilty of killing a second degree, but found guilty of low allegations of manglotter.
The judge said that the crown had not proved beyond a proper doubt that the girl had given a deadly blow to Kenneth Lee, or the necessary mind was required to murder during a herd of December 2022.
