Handwara, Aug 14: Security forces on Thursday arrested three over ground workers (OGWs) affiliated to a terrorist dress and recovered weapons and ammunition in Vajama Hanwara area of North Kashmir Kupwara district.
A senior police officer said that a joint team of security forces stopped the suspected OGW and recovered arms and ammunition from their possession. The three were arrested and taken into custody.
A case has been registered, and investigation is going on, ”he said.
