Three injured in knife attack on New York City party boat

A knife attack on a crowded party boat at a New York City pier on Saturday left three people hospitalized, police said.

Detective Sophia Mason said 911 calls came in around 5 p.m. reporting an assault along the East River near 58th Street and at the Brooklyn Army Pier warehouse.

The victims were said to include a 32-year-old man who was stabbed in the torso, a 40-year-old man who was stabbed in the chest and abdomen, and a 28-year-old man who was shot in the head. Use a bottle.

They were taken to NYU Langone Hospital and are in stable condition, Mason said. As of Saturday evening, no arrests had been made and the investigation was ongoing.

According to police, there were about 3,000 people on board the Cornucopia Majesty at the time.
