Triston Humphries from Celiac UK said: “For those with celiac disease, basic gluten-free products are more than doubled than their gluten counterparts on average.
“The scheme provides a strong, practical option for patients, and we know that the Celiac community in Wales will be encouraged by this flexible new support option.”
