The US visa dispute takes a new turn, Prince Harry releases important video message

Prince Harry is scheduled to return to the UK in May and has released a new video message just days after his wife Meghan Markle launched a new brand.

Just days after the latest in a legal dispute over his US visa documents was filed in court, the Duke of Sussex made a surprise video appearance to demand action to save the “beating heart” of the tourism industry.

King Charles III’s youngest son Harry made a surprise appearance at the Travalyst AGM. Speaking via video call from his Montecito mansion, Harry urged visitors to take care of the environment they visit.

The father-of-two, who moved to the United States after bidding farewell to royal duties in 2020, said local communities in popular tourist destinations must make tourism do better or risk no tourism business at all.

Harry said: “Travel and tourism rely on destinations, and destinations are held together by communities. Without destinations, we have nowhere to go. Community is the heart of travel and we must protect it through the places we visit. Come and do better.”

Harry’s new video follows doubts over whether the duke’s relationship with the organization will continue, with Travalyst announcing last year that it had entered an “incredibly exciting” era – without mentioning Meghan’s husband. The latest statement was enough to put to rest rumors of their split.
