Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) CEO and MD K Krittivasan said the company’s return-to-office policy has been good and about 65 per cent of TCS employees are going to office 3-5 days a week.

Most employees will return to the office in the next few quarters, Krittivasan told Moneycontrol on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum (WEF).

Our position on “return to the office” is to ensure that associates receive the best value and our organizational culture is maintained. So both of these have been our main drivers behind encouraging colleagues to come back to the office. About 65 percent of our associates are coming back to the office for at least three to five days. And we are working with them. We are sending them positive encouragement to come back to the office all five days. I am sure we will get there in a few quarters,” Krithivasan said, as reported by Moneycontrol.

Earlier, TCS under the leadership of CEO Rajesh Gopinathan had announced the 25X25 vision, under which by 2025, only 25 per cent of its associates will be required to work out of its facilities at any point of time. Also, employees will not need to spend more than 25 percent of their time at work.
