Golden Globe-nominated actor Josh Charles had a loyalty crisis while filming his latest music video with Taylor Swift Two weeks.

Charles recently spoke about his “most memorable” moment while filming a cameo with “Dead Poets Society” co-star Ethan Hawke.

After the music video was released on Saturday, Charles expressed his admiration for Swift in an Instagram post, saying: “I’ve admired Taylor for a long time, but meeting her in person brought my fandom to a new level. A whole new level.”

He added, “Genuine, kind, approachable, and an all-around star – not to mention an awesome director!”

Charles also shared a photo of himself wearing a sweatshirt to promote Swift’s upcoming 11th studio album, tortured poets department. “Swagger away!” he captioned the image.

The actor’s post highlighted his deep respect for Swift’s talent and character, strengthening the connection between the superstar and her loyal fans.

“A little briefing about yesterday: I don’t like keeping secrets, so this is hard,” Charles began in the caption.

“I didn’t even tell my kids until the other day!” the actor, who has 9-year-old son Rocco and a 5-year-old daughter with wife Sophie Flack, said in the video , he described his experience with Hawke as he boarded a flight to Swift.

“Two tortured old poets are about to catch an early morning flight and become pop stars,” he wrote.

Despite the early morning flight, Charles highlighted the incredible treatment they received from Swift and her team. “Taylor and her staff treated us like this from start to finish,” he noted.

“What I remember most is the laughter. There was a lot of laughter. It was like we were 17 again.”
