Investor Ashneer Grover advised Zerodha co-founder Nitin Kamath to take care of himself and take a break, who today announced that he suffered a mild stroke a few weeks ago.
Nitin Kamath, 44, said, “About 6 weeks ago, I suddenly had a mild stroke. Dad’s demise, poor sleep, exhaustion, dehydration and overwork – any of these could be possible reasons.” A post on X.
Soon after Mr Kamath’s post, wishes started pouring in from the industry.

Mr Kamath said he was recovering but was still “counting the treadmill” and posted two contrasting photos – one in his hospital bed and the other on a treadmill to convey the message.
