Rounding out the list of nominees is Channel 4’s The Piano, specifically the scene in which Lucy, a blind and schizophrenic 13-year-old, plays a complex Chopin piece, shocking commuters in Leeds.
Nominees are selected by an independent jury of national media experts, led by BAFTA Television Committee Chair Hilary Rosen, but the winner will be decided by the public.

Fans can vote online for their most memorable moment until Tuesday, April 9, and the winner will be British Academy of Film and Television Arts The television awards ceremony will take place on Sunday, May 12.
Voters also have the chance to win one of 100 tickets to the star-studded event.
The awards ceremony will once again take place at London’s Royal Festival Hall, with the remaining nominees announced at noon on Wednesday 20 March.
