‘Stupid brown people’: Video shows Canadian man abusing pizza delivery driver

The video went viral, with many criticizing the Canadian man’s behavior as unacceptable

A video circulating on social media shows a disgruntled customer in Toronto insulting a pizza delivery worker and hurling racist slurs at him. The cause of the incident was a heated dispute between the deliveryman and the customer over the payment method.

“A delivery man in Brampton, Canada was harassed by a useless customer who was trying to create content for his TikTok. If anyone knows who he is, I’d like to give him a huge tip.” Ian Miles Cheong on wrote on X when sharing the video.

In the video, the male customer, whose face cannot be seen, calls the delivery man a “idiot”, talks to him and asks him to contact his workplace after paying cash. It is worth noting that the agent did not bring any change as the bill did not say it was a cash on delivery order.

Despite his rude behavior, the delivery driver did not lose his cool and asked if he could pay by card. “You think I’ve never ordered before? Make something of it, I dare you,” the customer told the deliveryman, adding that he always paid in cash.

When the delivery man contacted his business, the man continued to mock and insult him, calling him a “stupid brown guy.” The delivery man then offered to exchange the change before delivering the goods. The man was outraged by the offer and the customer encouraged him to take the package back. The helpless driver called customer service again and asked if he could hand over the change to the customer, and the customer agreed. The agent rushed out of the building while the customer continued to call his name.

The video went viral, with many slamming the Canadian man for his unacceptable racist behavior. One user wrote: “No one deserves to be treated like this. I hate those nasty influencers.”
