Sir Stephen Fry has revealed which players he would like to see win celebrity traitor after He was eliminated during Thursday’s episode,
The veteran actor and presenter said he would like to see either Lucy Beaumont or “goddess” Celia Imrie, whom he often spoke to during the series, emerge victorious.
He said, “I would love to see Celia or comedian Lucy win because they are so eccentric and extraordinary.”
“Lucy is an extraordinary person, you know, and Celia is a goddess.”
Sir Stephen, 68, said it was “amazing” to be involved in the game.
It sees a group called the Loyalists attempting to identify and banish a small group of murderous traitors who want to steal their bounty.

Sir Stephen said the highlight of his filming was making personal connections.
“Amazing conversations with David Olusoga, Claire Balding, both of whom I knew anyway but didn’t really have a deep relationship with, so time in the game has given us that.
“It was great to meet people I didn’t know. joe marlerKat Burns, Tameka Empson – from completely different areas and worlds of things, so it was nice getting to know them.
“I really believe, the thing is, when you’re a kid, right from childhood, you’re used to being in groups…
“Groups can be bad, because they have popularity, and sometimes the pecking order, but humans are group creatures, social creatures.
“Then, when you’re a student, you still have groups, and you go to pubs together, you go on holidays together, and you stay in houses together when you first risk being somewhere in a group.

“And then eventually you start – just like the all-time super group, The Beatles – you start pairing up, and the group disappears.
“And you’re individuals, you’re little nuclear families. And so, to be in a group again in my life, and to feel that mixture of joy and frustration and all that group existence gives you, is a wonderful experience.”
Sir Stephen said he felt “extremely concerned” about the missions.
“The first major mission was the Trojan Horse, and it was very physically demanding,” he said.
“I was extremely worried that they were all going to be like that.
“I’m not unfit but I’m not a gym goer either. Next to me was Joe Marler, the England and British Lions rugby player, strong as a bull and he was quite tired, which made me feel a bit better pushing up the hill.
“The art department and production is very impressive and the missions are imaginative and delightful, they’ve all been good fun.”
celebrity traitor Continues next Wednesday and Thursday at 9pm on BBC One and iPlayer.
