Police said on Wednesday that it has been observed that some social media users are broadcasting malicious material related to removing a particular flag. Such positions have the ability to reduce public system and harmony.
In a post on X, Srinagar Police said, “It has been observed that some social media users are broadcasting malicious materials related to removing a particular flag. Such positions have the ability to reduce public orders and harmony.”
All social media account holders are advised to strictly remove such material and avoid sharing any similar material in future.
Failure to comply will attract strict legal action under the applied laws.
