It is at least according to Europe’s 120 teams to participate in the Corgi Race Villnius in the capital of Lithuania, which attracted an international herd and their owners of furballs and their owners in countries including Poland, Latvia, Germany, Austria and Italy.
Thousands of Lithuanians gathered at the largest park in the capital on Saturday and Sunday to see events – a single sprint, “the most powerful voice,” a competition for dress challenges and group racing.
The event is scheduled to finish with the so -called world corporate meatup on Sunday, where dogs in Lithuania will be connected through a live broadcast with their peers in the United States, Ireland and Poland.
“This is very fun and great feeling for the whole family, some bright that many people are craving for these days,” said retired teacher Jenina Stonin who participated in the race with his three grandchildren. The children said that they admire the dress challenge because dogs were dressed in eye -catching outfits such as Batman, a princess or an airplane.
A corporate, two small chimney called Amigo and a factory with a “fur factory” lettering, the proud winner of that competition was named.
Another name, which is owned by Lithuania, was the champion of a single race.
“It’s a common, like a fruit mango, and we (for) are participating in the Korgi Race 2025,” Ignas Chlimaka said, a proud corporate lover of Villanius. “Last year we did not manage to end the race fully. We had a really good training. We trained every day, but this year we decided that we settled without training, just to participate, just to attend, just to enjoy a lot of coils,” he said.
But this year, Mango won the racing competition, while their owners shouted and tried to inspire him to win.
“He knows what he did and he actually proud of himself,” said Ignus, who is already planning for 2026.
