Sky Mobile is unavailable to some customers and some customers are experiencing problems using 3G, 4G and 5G services.
At around 9 a.m. Thursday, users reported being unable to use the internet on their phones.
One user on X wrote: “If I turn off WiFi, my phone won’t work and I need to get to work ASAP.”
DownDetector, which measures outages, shows hundreds of people reporting problems.
65% of these users reported problems accessing the Internet, 30% experienced problems with their mobile phones, and 5% experienced problems with their televisions.
Sky Mobile acknowledged the issue on X at 8.53am on Thursday.
They said: “We are aware that some Sky Mobile customers are experiencing issues with their 3G/4G/5G services.
“We are investigating this issue and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.”
