Sharmila Tagore reviews grandson Ibrahim Asanayana: “The film was not good but …”

Sharmila Tagore, who made a great comeback in Bengali cinema Mutavan 14 years later, grandson opened about Sarah and Ibrahim’s Bollywood trip. In a conversation with Anandbazar Patrika’s YouTube channel, the film’s veteran spoke about Sara and Ibrahim’s film career.

While Sharmila Tagore did not like Ibrahim’s debut of Bollywood AsanayanaHe appreciated his efforts. “Ibrahim’s film was not good, but she still looks very beautiful. She has tried her best. These things should not be really said to everyone, but honestly, the picture is not very good. Finally, the picture must be good,” she said.

He also praised Sara for his dedication to the craft. “Sara is a good actress. She works very hard and is able to do a lot. She will also achieve it.”

Sharmila Tagore revealed lung cancer in 2023 and fought quietly. A few days ago, Soha Ali Khan shared about the chapter of the life of the film’s legend.

“I have suffered losses in my family. We are going through stressful situations, as everyone does.” She continued, “With my mother, she was one of the very few people, who was detected lung cancer at the stage zero, and no chemotherapy, nothing.
