‘Shark Tank India 3’: Namita Thapar stops bowling midway, Anupam Mittal asks “Kyu Fek Rahe Ho?”

In the latest episode of Shark Tank India Season 3, Namita Thapar was disappointed with a pitcher who claimed his energy drink was healthy. The pitcher, Devesh, demanded Rs 50 lakh in exchange for 2% equity and argued that his drink contained myo-inositol, which helped treat polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). However, Namita Thapar blocked him for making false statements. “Your confidence is great but PCOS ka angle mat pakadiye please,” she said.

Anupam Mittal also chimed in: “Kyun fek rahe ho yaar, chhati thok ke bol na energy drink hai. It’s not necessarily good for health. That’s okay.”

On the contrary, Vinita Singh loves energy drinks. She praised the pitcher’s product and said, “Energy drink sea, made in India, affordable. It’s a very good angle.” However, she backed out of the deal, saying Dervish’s brand might not Lasts a long time. Needless to say, Namita and Anupam also backed out of the deal.

It was Aman Gupta who offered the bowler a deal. The deal was done in the form of 10% equity of Rs 10 lakh and debt of Rs 40 lakh for a period of two years at an interest rate of 12%.

“Shark Tank India” returns for its third season on January 22, 2024. A few familiar sharks from previous seasons include Namita Thapar, executive director, Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited, Aman Gupta, co-founder, Boat, Peyush Bansal, co-founder and CEO, Lenskart, Anupam Thapar, founder and director, Shaadi.com Anupam Mittal and Sugar Cosmetics CEO Vineeta Singh are back on Shark Tank India Season 3.

They were joined by new panellists including Amit Jain, CEO and co-founder of Car Dekho, Ritesh Agarwal, founder of OYO, Azhar Iqubal, co-founder and CEO of Inshorts, and Radhika Gupta, CEO of Edelweiss Capital. Recently, film producer Ronnie Scruvala also joined the series.
