Republic Day 2024: Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar, or Dr. Ambedkar, is one of the founding leaders of independent India and one of the country’s most important social reformers. He was born on April 14, 1891 in Mhow, Madhya Pradesh. Despite facing many challenges, he became one of the most educated South Asians, obtaining higher education degrees in economics and law from institutions such as Columbia University and the University of London.
