Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha ceremony live: Among many political leaders, parties invited to the ceremony, Congress had rejected the temple trust’s invitation.

The rituals, which began on January 16, reached the main function today. The consecration of the temple is scheduled to begin at 12:20 pm and is expected to conclude by 1 pm.

The ceremony will be presided over by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is observing a complete fast today as part of his 11-day ritual. Along with PM Modi, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat will also be present at the ceremony.

In view of the arrival of guests from across the country and the world, high level security arrangements have been made for the last three-four days. NDRF teams and HAZMAT vehicles are continuously monitoring the area to ensure that the consecration ceremony goes smoothly.

After the Shayan Aarti on Sunday, the original idol of Ram Lalla Virajman and his brothers was shifted back to the grand temple.
