Prince Harry’s cousin Princess Beatrice appears to be developing a quieter but potentially more successful partnership with Spotify without the fuss.

Perhaps she took a more low-key approach to avoid comparisons to Montecito’s self-proclaimed jam-makers.

Harry and Meghan are likely to face harsh criticism from Spotify executive Bill Simmons for producing just 12 episodes despite signing a multi-year deal worth £18m with the streaming platform, who called them ” f****** liar”.

But even as Spotify cuts ties with the former royal, the company doesn’t appear to have completely lost interest in the royal family.

Last week, Beatrice attended a Spotify industry event in London and moderated a discussion about the future of technology.

In stark contrast, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s much-hyped partnership with Spotify ended in disappointment.

They signed a contract with the streaming giant in 2020 after moving to the US, but Meghan’s Archetypes podcast was canceled after just one season.

The reason for the cancellation was reportedly the couple’s failure to hit productivity benchmarks, which is disappointing considering their lucrative £18million deal with Spotify.

Jeremy Zimmer, CEO of United Talent Agency, made no secret of his criticism, saying: “It turns out Meghan Markle is not a great audio talent, or necessarily any kind of Talent.”
