Princess Beatrice and Eugenie adopt new policy amid Prince Andrew scandal

Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie are seeking to adopt a new policy as their father Prince Andrew’s sex scandal is once again thrust into the spotlight.

Netflix has dropped a dramatized version of Andrew’s disastrous Newsnight interview in 2019, in which he was asked about his relationship with convicted pedophile Jeffery Epstein.

Following the interview, Andrew was stripped of his royal patronage and military titles as allegations that he repeatedly sexually assaulted minors came into focus.

“With the release of the new Netflix film about Prince Andrew, Beatrice and Eugenie will be sending a ‘business as usual’ message through their outfits,” Qui told UK news

“They will also use their style to show that they are just like ordinary people who want to be seen as ‘connected’ to the public and relevant to the times.”

“We saw this when Princess Eugenie chose to wear a black satin Me + Em skirt, paired with a cardigan and vegan Loci sneakers at the Hong Kong Convention Center,” she explains.

“The vegan sneakers fit in with the current trend for non-leather sneakers and show that the royal is keeping up with the times on issues like sustainability. The skirt and cardigan combo suggests she’s just like one of us.”

She added: “At this moment in time, it’s important to engage with the public at work.”
