Prince William appears to be following in the footsteps of his father, King Charles, as the possibility of meeting his estranged brother Prince Harry approaches.

The Duke of Sussex will return to the UK in May and is reportedly making plans to reconcile with his estranged brother Prince William, a source told The Mirror.

However, after news of King Charles’ cancer broke a month ago, the heir to the throne was not keen on making much time for his brother as he dealt with wife Kate Middleton’s shocking cancer diagnosis.

Prince Harry met his father in February after personally receiving a call from the Queen about his diagnosis. Father and son only met for 30 minutes, which gave Harry enough time to inquire about his health.

Harry and wife Meghan Markle also issued a statement for Kate Middleton, sending her best wishes after she announced she had cancer.

Now, it looks like William will be following the same guidelines, according to royal expert Christopher Anderson daily beast He didn’t have the energy to deal with this meeting.

He said: “William simply does not have the time or emotional bandwidth to try and reconcile with his brother, who he believes has betrayed not only him but the entire royal family.”

And, royal author Tom Quinn tells us Mirror If there were to be a meeting between William and Harry, it would be “a very brief meeting carefully planned and of a short duration so that the brothers could avoid any difficult conversations.”
