Prince Harry wants to hug niece Princess Charlotte despite royal differences

Prince Harry’s strained relationship with his estranged brother Prince William is now impacting his relationships with his nieces and nephews.

The Duke of Sussex, who is due to visit the UK in a few days, is looking forward to meeting William and Kate Middleton’s children, especially Princess Charlotte, who has just turned nine.

According to Helena Chard, the Prince of Wales will no longer allow Prince Harry to see his children GB News.

“Wouldn’t it be nice if Princess Charlotte got a sweet hug from her uncle Harry? But that’s not going to happen,” Chard said. “There’s no way Prince William would allow this.”

William will also not allow the meeting, especially in the current scenario when the Prince of Wales has been diagnosed with cancer.

William and Harry had a strained relationship but it worsened when the Duke described his sibling as “bad-tempered”.

“I think Prince Harry is going to have to mend some bridges, he’s going to have to show a little bit of willingness to do something,” she explained. “It hurts a lot there.”

He also said that King Charles “wants to see his darling boy” and that it would be easier if Prince Harry would “give a little more.”
