It appears Prince Harry has his options open as his US visa application is still under review by a federal judge.

Referencing Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 of the U.S. Constitution, which reads, “No title of nobility shall be conferred by the United States.”
The section further states that “No person holding any office of profit or trust under him, shall, without the consent of Congress, accept any gift, emolument, office, or title of any kind from any King, Prince ” Or foreign states.”
However, Gorji pointed out that the Constitution does not “specifically” require any naturalized citizen to renounce all foreign titles until they become part of the government.
He explained that it would be “unconstitutional” if he were to give up his titles.
“The U.S. Constitution specifically prohibits the U.S. government from awarding a noble title unless he or she holds public office,” he said. “It says nothing about titles conferred by foreign governments.”
The comments come amid Prince Harry’s ongoing US visa case, which is leaving him “extremely stressed” according to friends of the Duke, cited by royal author Tom Quinn.
