Prince Harry is believed to have disappointed his UK fans after his decision to make the US his primary residence.

talking to mirrorPR expert Ryan McCormick suggested that the Duke of Sussex had “effectively crushed the hopes” of anyone hoping to return to his country.

For those unaware, the prince amended his country of residence to the States in official documents published by Companies House last week.

This has created uncertainty over his permanent return to the firm to help the royal family deal with the current health crisis.

Ryan said: “Psychologically, it will be hard for people who see Harry as a symbol of Britain’s descent from the royal family.”

“For now, Harry may feel welcome in America. However, that could change if his upcoming projects are not successful or his popularity wanes,” he added.

“If the Duke ever decides to change his mind and return to Britain, he should not expect welcome arms.”
