Police say about 900 arrested in Palestine Action Protests in Parliament Square

Metropolitan Police on Saturday arrested around 900 people in a major demonstration at Parliament Square in London as hundreds of people rejected the controversial decision Ban on Palestine’s action.

Most of the 890 arrests were made to support under Section 13 of the Terrorism Act Direct action groupWhich was named as an accused terrorist organization in July.

A total of 519 people were taken into custody, while 341 people were arrested and processed at a reception point in Westminster and then released on bail.
