PM Kisan 16th installment of 2024: The 16th issue of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) is expected to be released in February or March. However, the beneficiary will have to complete online eKYC to receive the Rs 2,000 installment. The last date to complete KYC is January 31, 2024. Those farmers who fail to complete the online KYC process will not receive the 16th installment.

PM-KISAN Yojana is a central sector scheme launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2019 for Indian farmers. The main objective of the scheme is to provide financial help and assistance to farmers owning cultivable land. Under the scheme, Rs 6,000 will be deposited into the bank accounts of farmers every year. The amount will be deposited in 3 to 4 installments of Rs 2000 each time.
