The HCPC panel found that Mr. Bird’s behavior caused the student to “emotional loss and unwanted sexual harassment” and gave the amount of serious professional misconduct.

After determining its fitness, the panel ordered the register to attack the paramedic from the register, which was impaired, suspended the paramedic for a 12 -month period in April last year.

He said: “While the panel notes that the Registrar does not want to return to practice, it may change in the future and cannot restrict it, assuming the seriousness of the charge, will reduce public trust in profession and HCPC, considering the seriousness of the charge.”
