Youngster Hunain Shah converted the final ball from the last ball to push United past the modest 160-run target at the National Stadium.

United needed 8 runs in the 20th over off Mohammad Ali and Hunain’s brother Naseem Shah hit a boundary off the second delivery but Needing a run on his final two pitches, he fell behind.

However, Hunain kept his cool and handed Sudan a third consecutive final defeat.

Earlier, Sultans posted 159-9 in 20 overs after winning the toss and electing to bat.

They were led by Usman Khan, who scored 57 off 40 balls, and captain Mohammad Rizwan, who scored 26 off 26 balls.

Khan hit 7 boundaries and 6 boundaries but after falling in the 16th over, Sultans lost 5 wickets for just 13 runs and fell to 127-9. Left-arm spinner Imad Wasim took 5-23 and Naseem took 3-32.
