The owners of Crooked House have appealed against an order to rebuild the pub.
The historic building, dubbed “Britain’s weirdest pub”, attracted national attention last year when it was demolished shortly after being damaged in a fire.
This pub is in Himley, near Dudley. Burned down on August 5just two weeks after it was sold to a new owner.

However, the authority said the owners have now appealed the move, but a hearing date has not yet been set.
The committee added in a statement: “There is currently no further information and we will issue an update when we have more information.”
A mandatory notice for rebuilding a pub sets out the materials that must be used in the rebuilding work.
The council has recovered around 25,000 bricks from the site and is storing them.
The pub was demolished without council permission, sparking outrage.
West Midlands mayor Andy Street is among those who have publicly supported the redevelopment of the pub.
In a statement accompanying last month’s enforcement notice, the council said it had “engaged with the owner since the demolition but had reached a point where it considered formal action necessary.”

Council leader Roger Lees added: “We do not take this action lightly but we believe it is right to hold owners who demolish buildings without consent to account.”
Three men, aged 33, 51 and 66 years old Arrested and released on bail related to this case.
