Highlighting India’s success in Operation Sindoor through indigenous weapons, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Tuesday that the works reflected India’s firm policy against terrorism before the world.

Addressing a program on the centenary celebrations of the historic conversation between Shri Narayan Guru and Mahatma Gandhi, PM Modi said,

“Recently, the world has seen India’s capacity. Operation Sindoor has made a firm policy of India against terrorism in front of the world. We have shown that no place is safe for terrorists who spread blood of Indians. What can be done today’s India and what is right in the interest of the nation. For defense needs, India’s dependence is going abroad.”

The Prime Minister said that the country is becoming self -sufficient in the defense sector, saying that weapons in India will soon be famous worldwide.

He said, “We are becoming ‘immense’ in the defense sector. We have also seen its influence during Operation Sindoor. Our army has forced enemies to fall on their knees in 22 minutes, with the help of Made in India weapons. I am confident that weapons in India will be well known all over the world,” he said.

The Prime Minister today inaugurated the centenary celebrations of the historic conversation between India’s two biggest spiritual and moral leaders, Shri Narayan Guru and Mahatma Gandhi at around 11 June 2025 at 11 am on 24 June 2025, Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi.

He will also address the gathering on the occasion.
The historical conversation took place on 12 March 1925 during the visit of Mahatma Gandhi at the Shivgiri Math and focused between Vaikom Satyagraha, religious transformation, non -violence, abolition of untouchability, attainment of liberation, and among others, the upliftment of Undestrodon, and among others.
