NISSAN ONE web platform designed to enhance customer experience

Nissan Indian Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. (NMIPL) has launched its latest customer-centric initiative titled ‘NISSAN ONE’ as part of its efforts to celebrate Magnite reaching 100,000 customers by 2024.

This innovative web platform aims to streamline customer service by providing a single sign-on solution for various needs such as enquiries, test drive bookings, car selection and servicing.

The launch of ‘NISSAN ONE’ marks a major step forward for the Indian automotive industry, integrating multiple customer touch points into a user-friendly platform that is customized to meet customer needs. The move is in line with Nissan’s ongoing transformation plan in India, which includes the launch of the new Magnite model, expansion of its network and appointment of new leaders.

Expressing pride at the launch of NISSAN ONE, Mohan Wilson, Director, Marketing, Product and Customer Experience, Nissan Motor India said, “This powerful and innovative platform embodies Nissan’s ‘customer first’ philosophy. It provides information and customized services to meet the needs of Specific needs of all potential and existing buyers.”

According to the press release, NISSAN ONE streamlines the customer journey by eliminating the need for multiple websites and platforms. It also enables targeted communications based on customer preferences, such as service reminders. With the platform, customers can now book live services, thereby enhancing their overall experience with Nissan Motor India.

Apart from this, the carmaker has also sent 100,000 units of Magnite to the Indian market, demonstrating its commitment to providing quality products and services and tapping the country’s automotive manufacturing potential.

Additionally, Nissan has launched the “Refer and Earn” program in NISSAN ONE, allowing existing customers to receive exclusive offers by referring friends and family to purchase Nissan vehicles. Through the program, customers can accumulate points that can be redeemed for various services and benefits, reflecting the importance Nissan places on its customer loyalty.
