A 53 -year -old man is facing a total of 81 allegations after investigating historical sexual attacks associated with children under eight years of age.
Police in Niagra region say that an eight -month investigation involved alleged crimes against 14 male and two female victims, which were eight to 17 years old between 1991 and 2024.
On August 7, Todd Douglas Wiliston of Niagara Falls was arrested and accused of 81 offenses, in which 14 counting of child pornography, 11 counting of hair pornography illegally in 11 cases of chillography with sexual harassment of individuals at the age of 10 and 14.
Investigators say Wiliston earlier worked as a school bus driver in Niagra Falls and believes that more suffer may not come forward yet.
Police say Wiliston used “Dag Wiliston,” “Tod Helms,” Uncle Doug, “Player,” and “Chabbi Tod”. His online account includes variations of “Player,” “Chabbi Todd,” and “Snake Dane”.
A statement said in a statement, “The scale and nature of the allegations are harassing them deeply and have a profound impact on our community on such crimes – especially on the weak young people,” said the police bill Fodi in a statement. “Such hunter behavior will not be tolerated in our community.”
