New version of Nothing Phone 2A to launch in India today

Nothing Phone 2A was launched in India in March this year. The handset came with several upgrades over the Nothing Phone 1 and a design overhaul compared to both the Phone 1 and Phone 2. It is currently available in two colorways and three RAM and storage configurations in the country. The company has now teased the launch of a new India-specific phone 2A edition. It has not been revealed how it will differ from the standard model but leaks suggest that it is likely to be a new color option.

The company claims that it is “designed for India” but no further details have been given. For this, Flipkart’s banner confirms its availability on the e-commerce platform.

There are speculations that the Nothing Phone 2A is likely to be introduced in a new colorway. Rs 23,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant, while the 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB configurations are listed at Rs. 25,999 and Rs. 27,999 respectively. The smartphone comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro SoC, a 5,000mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging support, a 6.7-inch 120Hz full-HD+ AMOLED display, dual 50-megapixel rear cameras, and a 32-megapixel selfie camera.
