In a video going viral on social media, the match official is seen informing Gill and Cummins about the cancellation of the match. The two then played a rock-paper-scissors game to decide the match winner.

Gill won the rock-paper-scissors game and then had a laugh with Cummins and others.
With SRH’s qualification, there is only one spot left for the playoffs, which will be clinched by either Royal Challengers Bangalore or Chennai Super Kings.
Both RCB and CSK will face each other in their last league stage match of IPL 2024 at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Saturday.
As was the case in the SRH vs GT match, there is a threat of rain looming over this match as well. RCB’s victory margin should also be solid, and if there is rain, which reduces the length of the match, the situation will become even more complicated.
In a case where the full 20-over contest is played, RCB will need to win by 18 runs or more, provided they score 200 runs batting first. In case of a 5-over contest, if RCB scores 80 runs while batting first, they will have to restrict CSK to a maximum of 62 runs.
