Priya calls this extraordinary love saga a fairy tale, about a small-town boy attracted by the charm of a movie star. However, she called the match unforeseen and destined. She added: “It speaks to my father’s devotion, especially during my mother’s lowest moments and illness. They respected each other through every trial and turmoil in their lives.”

Aside from the emotional overtones, Priya also mentioned that her parents loved each other deeply and lived their lives wholeheartedly.
