Prince Harry makes final decision not to meet King Charles during UK visit

Prince Harry has repeatedly disappointed King Charles by choosing not to meet his father during his visit to Britain.

According to a royal commentator, the Duke of Sussex “will not be able to see his father or brother” during their upcoming visit to the UK next week.

Prince Harry is due to visit London next week to give a reading at St Paul’s Cathedral on May 8 to mark the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games.

The prince founded the Invictus Games in 2014 while he was a working member of the royal family. In 2023, Harry and Meghan were featured in a Netflix documentary titled “Heart of Invictus”, which followed the 2022 edition of the Games in the Netherlands.

Speaking to GB News, Angela Levin claimed a royal reconciliation is not on the cards.

She said: “He will not be visiting his father or brother. It is said that he will not be here for very long.”

“Meghan is going to go straight to Africa because she met the Nigerian group and she likes it, so she will go quietly.

“He won’t see anybody, but he’s not very popular anymore. Over the last few years, I’ve gotten a lot of emails from people saying, ‘Can’t you stop it?'”

GB News host Isabelle Webster told: “We don’t know for sure though, won’t he meet his father?

“The last time he was in London for one of his court cases his father allowed him to meet, as we see here. It was a short visit, but they met. So there’s a chance, right ?”

Levin responded: “But he’s going to fly to Africa quickly to meet Meghan. You see, it’s been said that she’s not coming and he’s going to have to rush over.”

Prince Harry’s most recent visit to Britain came in February 2024 when Buckingham Palace announced that King Charles had been diagnosed with a form of cancer.

The king’s youngest son flew to London and met with his father for 45 minutes at Clarence House. Harry did not see the Prince and Princess of Wales during their short visit to Britain earlier this year.

However, Harry’s upcoming visit to the UK will be his first since Princess Kate announced she had undergone preventive chemotherapy after tests carried out following vital stomach surgery at a London clinic found cancer.
