Multiple vehicles collide in Punjab amidst dense fog, 20 vehicles damaged

More than 20 vehicles were damaged in a pileup on the national highway amid dense fog on Friday morning, police said.

Khanna Deputy Superintendent of Police, Rajesh Sharma, said the accident occurred near Doraha, about 20 km from here. He said no passengers were seriously injured in the accident, which involved several cars and a truck.

The DSP said it was very difficult to ascertain which vehicle was first involved in the accident as many people had gone away with their damaged vehicles.
