Moto G64 5G is launching in India soon. The company announced the launch date of the phone and revealed its design and color options. Some key features of the upcoming model have also been confirmed, including the processor, battery and cameras, as well as RAM and storage configurations. The phone is said to be the successor to the Moto G54 5G, which was launched in September 2023 and comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC and a 6,000mAh battery that supports 33W wired fast charging.

Motorola India announced in a statement postal On X (formerly known as Twitter), the Moto G64 5G will be launched in India on April 16 at 12 noon (IST). It is also confirmed to be available for sale through Flipkart, Motorola India website, and select retail stores across the country.flip kart microsite The phone has gone online, revealing details about the upcoming model, including design, color options, and RAM and storage configurations.

The Moto G64 5G is available in Blue, Green, and Purple color options. The design of this model is similar to its previous model, Moto G54 5G. It has a rectangular camera module in the upper left corner of the rear panel, which houses two camera sensors and an LED flash unit. Split volume rockers and power button appear on the right edge of the phone.

It is confirmed to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7025 SoC, coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of onboard storage. Moto G64 5G will be available in two configurations – 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB. It’s worth noting that the RAM can actually be expanded by an additional 12GB to 24GB. The phone will come with Android 14-based MyUX pre-installed. It will feature a 6.5-inch Full HD+ display with 240Hz touch sampling rate and Corning Gorilla Glass protection.

In terms of optics, the Moto G64 5G will feature a 50-megapixel primary rear sensor with support for optical image stabilization (OIS) and an 8-megapixel macro shooter. The front-facing camera will feature a 16-megapixel sensor housed in a center-punch notch at the top of the display.

Moto G64 5G will be equipped with a 6000mAh battery and support 33W wired fast charging. The phone also has an IP52 dust and splash resistance rating. The thickness is confirmed to be 8.89mm and the weight is 192 grams.
