Ottawa-Military Police Grievance Commission is investigating what happened during a bottled active-shooter drill based on a Canadian forces, injured and hurt the previous employee.
The drill took place on 12 November at CFB Longu-Point in Montreal.
An internal report stated that the military police confused a civic employee with a drill participant and took him to the ground.
A representative of a union says that the military police ripped his clothes, pulled out his wallet and pulled him out without proper clothes in winter.
The Sangh also states that on that day many civilian employees on the site did not know about the drill and are believed to be witnessing a real attack.
The chairman of the Commission Tammy Trembled, says the charges are harassing and can represent violations of fundamental rights.
The dates for hearing have not yet been set.
