Polling agent Isha Arora, who monitored the polling process in Gango Assembly constituency during the Saharanpur Lok Sabha elections, became the highlight of the polling booth for her diligence. Ms. Arora told Annie News“I believe that if you have any duty, you should be on time that’s why I perform my duties on time. Every man and woman should be on time for smooth functioning… I would say that people should be on time ’, otherwise such an important election would not be possible and I would not have time to watch (comments) in the video. It is election time and I have a responsibility to be on time, so I am very busy because of my punctuality and dedication.”

A user shared her video with the caption: “This lady has become the star of today’s election. Saharanpur’s polling officer Isha Arora becomes the center of attention during polling!!”

Speaking about the attention the video has received, Ms Arora said: “What I want to say is that people should be on time, and they are, otherwise such a momentous election would not be possible. I don’t have time to watch (comments) it’s election time, It was my responsibility to show up on time, so my video went viral because of my punctuality and dedication.”
